Shipping & Returns
Can I trial sleep on the sheets and still return them?
Yes! We stand by the quality of our sheets. If for some reason you do not fall in love with them you have 30 days to send back for a full refund. Review our refund policy.
When is my order processed?
All of our orders ship from our warehouse in Anaheim CA. Orders are fulfilled on business days. If your order is placed before 11am it will be fulfilled same day. Otherwise, expect the next business day for order fulfillment.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping speeds are dependent on what you elect during checkout. The closer your delivery address is to Anaheim CA the quicker you will receive your package. We have seen it take up to 6 days for delivery on the east coast.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
We are working on expanding our shipping network. Right now it is possible to purchase in Canada but until we have a better system in place it is quite costly.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free domestic shipping and same day fulfillment. We also offer quicker shipping speeds at checkout.

Where does BleuBully manufacture?
We design and sample in the United States. We purchase our threads from Austria. We manufacture, sew and package in China.
How does BleuBully source its products?
We source our fabric from Austria. We source our trims (i.e. zippers) from certified Oeko-Tex Standard 100 suppliers.
Why the name BleuBully?
The founder and creator has a beloved Frenchie Bulldog. Her dog sleeps a lot, roughly 18 hours a day. The two of them love to snuggle. One day while relaxing, the founder drew her dog sleeping. From then on she had always wanted to use her Frenchie as a logo. Read here for more information.

Our Products
Why does BleuBully use 100% Moal?
Modal is a luxurious, high quality silky soft fabric. We use 100% modal with an expensive finishing process. Modal is also considered eco-friendly as the yarns come from regenerated Beechwood tree forests.
Can you explain jersey knit?
Our jersey knit sheets are like your favorite soft tee shirt but softer. Jersey knit is created by knitting the Modal threads into loops. We recommend jersey knit in average to cooler climates.
What is sateen?
Sateen is known for its silky smooth touch. Our sateen woven to allow airflow through the sheets providing a cooling sensation. We recommend using sateen in average to warm climates.
